Annual Tasks for Qualification We have three annual tasks to complete for qualification: 1. Develop one course 2. Mentor one student for a total of 5 hours 3. Post on our Skills board 1x month Our Master Memberships are priced at $50 per month, equating to a total value of $600. Additionally, we offer payment for taking on extra students or creating additional courses ($500 per course). Furthermore, every student referral to Marketplace Academy earns a $50 Referral Bonus after they have completed our program! Course Development Guidelines An example course should blend a skill you have mastered with a niche market. Ideas might include: • Caricatures at Trade Shows • Murals for Town and Community Projects • Henna for Proms and Graduations Choose a topic where you have extensive experience and can provide valuable insights and tips to artists who might be unsure of how to navigate this field. Your first assignment is to create a course on our platform. While this may seem challenging, it's more manageable than you think, especially with the powerful online tools at your disposal combined with your wealth of knowledge. A single course can take various formats, such as: • Youtube style video of you sharing insights directly to the camera • Point-of-view filming while on the job (Film yourself at your next event and add dialog over it) • A keynote or Canva presentation • An animated instructional video • A 5,000 word booklet (You can write it all, and adding a few illustrations and photos) • Or...A combination of these formats We kindly request that each course comprises approximately five sections, with each section lasting at least 20 minutes, resulting in a total learning module of 100 minutes of content. *To activate your free membership, it is essential to upload 1 course per year, provide your availability for mentorship and activity post on our skills board. If these requirements are not met, we will revoke your access to the free program and resume the $50 membership fee.

So after calling us, we will do our best to find a substitute from the platform. Please note that if you agree to an event on this platform it must be you who shows up. No substitutions or subcontracts are permitted without explicit approval from the MPT.

Accepting Gigs: • Clients book you through a calendar-based system. • You'll receive notifications to confirm or reject gigs. • Confirming connects you directly with the client; rejecting sends the event to another artist. Getting Paid: • Clients will accept terms detailing event specifics and policies • Payment is typically in cash to you at the event • When invoicing is needed, it must be under your personal name to avoid confusion and comply with the non-compete clause.
